The projects completed for Andrew Corporation include deferred tax analysis, transfer pricing documentation for U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, transfer pricing audit support, and implementation of FIN 48.

A privately owned firm that designs, manufactures and markets various types of suspended metal ceiling systems and coil coating products. CMC operates in North America, Europe and Asia. We provide CMC with assistance on various tax and accounting matters throughout the year and are intimately involved with the company's financial reporting, management and budgeting functions.

Chilmark Partners, LLC
A financial restructuring advisory firm that also performs distressed company investing. We serve as the internal controller for Chilmark and its many related entities. In addition, we assist in compiling information for federal and multiple state income tax returns, as well as prepare the individual tax returns for some of the members.

Convergent Capital Management, LLC
A money-management holding company for which we prepare the federal, multiple state and composite tax returns, as well as provide tax consulting and research services throughout the year. In addition, we audit the company's 401(k) plan.

Mid-Continent Capital, LLC
A registered investment advisory company for which we perform the internal day-to-day accounting functions. We prepare the company's income tax returns, as well as the personal income tax returns for some of the members.

RC2 Corporation (NASDAQ: RCRC)
This company is a designer, marketer and producer of collectible, toy and infant products. We performed the function of in-house tax department from 2000 through 2004. During this time, we performed the majority of RC2's tax services, including research on federal and state and local matters, resolution of IRS and state audit maters, as well as the preparation of all federal and state income tax returns. Currently, we perform tax preparation and audit assistance on an as needed basis.
